Refund policy

At Margarita Margarita, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not 100% happy, we offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. Within this time, you can request a return for change of mind, or choose an exchange or refund.

Conditions of Return
4% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds. Exchanges or store credit are not subject to this fee.
If you received a free gift with your order and choose to return the item, only store credit will be offered. If you prefer a refund, a flat $20 restocking fee will be applied to cover the gift’s value.
Sale items, event purchases, and gift cards are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including the cost of sending out exchange items.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, your item must be:
In its original condition (unopened, unused, and with packaging intact),
In the original packaging,
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, contact us straight away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note, some items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods (our mixers fall into this category once opened),
Custom products (special orders, personalised items),
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before starting your return.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the funds.
