Passionfruit Lychee Margarita
A can of Lychees + The Passionfruit Margarita Mix = deliciousness
Ingredients
(makes 2)
~ 5-7 canned lychees
~ 1/2 cup of lychee syrup
~ 150ml of The Passionfruit Margarita Mix~ 60ml of tequila
~ 30ml of triple sec
~ Lychees to garnish
Method
1. Muddle lychees in your shaker.
2. Add in the lychee syrup straight from the can, The Passionfruit Margarita Mix, tequila, triple sec and ice.
2. Splash a small amount of extra mix into a saucer and dip in the rim of your glass, then coat the rim with a mixture of sea salt flakes.
4. Pour into your glass!
