Passionfruit Pineapple Margarita 🍍✨
It’s Margmas Day 8, and we’ve cracked the code to surviving an Aussie summer: the Passionfruit Pineapple Margarita. 🍍✨
Ingredients
(makes 2 Margs):
~ 2 Passionfruits
~ 60ml of tequila
~ 30ml of triple sec
~ 190ml of The Pineapple Margarita Mix
Method
1. In your shaker, add The Pineapple Margarita Mix, tequila, triple sec and the pulp of two passionfruits. Add a scoop of ice and give it a light shake.
2. Splash a small amount of extra mix into a saucer and dip in the rim of your glass, then coat the rim with a mixture of sea salt flakes, and fill your glass with ice.
3. Strain all of that tropical goodness into your glass, then garnish with a dried pineapple slice.
